Simuluxor racing simulator at the Canadian International AutoShow

Racing Simulators for Trade Shows & ConferencesTrade
shows.
Pole position.

Give people a reason to stop at your booth. A racing simulator turns passers-by into drivers, and drivers into conversations.

THE IDEA

Stop the aisle.
Start a conversation.

A professional racing simulator draws people into your booth, and while a guest races, your team has time to talk. Ask visitors to sign up for a fastest-lap leaderboard and you collect leads while they race. The single simulator suits a booth or pop-up, two simulators add head-to-head competition, and the Mobile Race Studio can anchor an outdoor or large-format activation.

WHY IT WORKS

Small footprint.
Big draw.

Built for booths

The single-simulator format is a strong fit for a booth, pop-up or lounge without a sprawling setup.

Leads while they race

Turn a fastest-lap leaderboard into a sign-up list for your sales team.

QUESTIONS

Before you
book.

How much space does a racing simulator need in a booth?

It depends on the format. The single simulator is our compact option for booths and pop-ups; two simulators need room for two rigs side by side. Send us your booth size and we’ll confirm what fits.

Do the simulators need power at the booth?

Yes. Each simulator runs a gaming PC, a large display and a direct-drive wheelbase, so it needs venue power at your booth. We’ll confirm the requirements when we plan your show. The Mobile Race Studio has its own onboard generators.

Can we brand the simulator?

Yes. Tell us your ideas for branded touchpoints. The Mobile Race Studio can be fully branded on its inside and outside digital screens.

Which areas do you serve?

We’re based in Toronto and bring our simulators to events across Toronto and the GTA, and further afield for the right event: we’ve taken the Mobile Race Studio to the Muskoka Motor Rally. We don’t have a public storefront.

How far in advance do we need to book?

We ask for at least 5 days’ notice before any event. Cancellations need 48 hours’ notice; late cancellations and no-shows carry a $200 + HST fee.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the format, date, location and how long you need the simulators. Send your details through the quote form or message Robert on WhatsApp at +1 416 452 8880 for a price.
